Double-walled unit with SS 304 inner chamber and powder-coated mild
steel body, insulated with 50 mm mineral wool. Temperature range 5°C above
ambient to 100°C, controlled by hydraulic thermostat (±0.5°C). Fitted with
tubular heating elements and removable perforated shelves. Works on 220/230V AC
(without rack and thermometer).
